This variety is prized by gardeners for its stable yield and uniformity of roots.
The roots have a regular cylindrical shape with a blunt tip and reach a length of 15-17 cm.
The flesh is distinguished by an intensive orange-red color, indicating a high content of carotene (provitamin A) and natural sugars. The core is small, almost invisible, and does not become woody.
Thanks to its taste qualities, "Arvena" is ideal for fresh consumption, making sweet vitamin juices, and baby puree. It possesses good keeping quality for winter storage.

* Apple, Carrot, and Walnut Salad (Preserve).
Ingredients: 100 g carrots, 100 g apples, 40 g shelled walnuts, 20 g natural honey, juice of one lemon, parsley herbs, salt to taste.
1. Peel and wash the carrot, grate it on a coarse grater.
2. Remove the seed core from the apple and chop finely.
3. Gently warm the honey for 1 minute.
4. Crush the walnuts and combine all components.
Mix well. Add the spicy herbs, squeeze in the lemon juice, and add salt.
5. Pack the mixture into sterile jars, pouring in any released juice.
6. Place for sterilization in water at +50°C (0.5-liter jars for 10 minutes, liter jars for 15 minutes), remove, quickly seal with sterile lids, and roll up.
Store in a cool place.
